Roasted Grapes Breakfast Plate

Saturday mornings are the one day I usually don't have time constraints and I get to cook up something tasty at my own pace.

Today it was grapes pan-roasted in a little butter in a tiny cast-iron skillet piled over everything croissant bread and a chunk of smoked salt and rosemary goat cheese. Asparagus and sliced jalapeño cooked in the same pan as the bacon ends and pieces. And soft scrambled eggs.
